What is Trauma?
Trauma comes in many forms. In some circumstances, what we consider to be daily symptoms/challenges, may be a response to something long standing or a result of an intensely stressful experience.
Trauma is the emotional, psychological, and sometimes physical response to experiences that feel overwhelming, frightening, or deeply distressing. It can result from a single event or develop over time through repeated experiences, such as abuse, neglect, loss, or ongoing stress. Trauma is deeply personal, and what feels traumatic for one person may feel different for another. Its effects can influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, experience our emotions, and navigate the world around us. Trauma does not define who we are, and healing is possible. With compassion, support, and a sense of safety, we can begin to understand our experiences, reconnect with ourselves, and move toward greater resilience and well-being.

ITATM™ (integrative trauma and attachment treatment model ) is a trauma and attachment based healing protocol that is evidence based and aims to get right to the root.
It draws on the latest research in neuroscience, somatic healing and attachment theory, leading individuals through trauma in a gentle way without the need to retell every detail of their story.
The therapy is a step by step process structured in a way that engages the brain unlike traditional talk therapy.
