1:1 Psychotherapy Session

Individual therapy sessions offer a confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Sessions are collaborative and evidence-based, integrating approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy

Perinatal Support

Specialized counselling for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Support includes managing mood changes, anxiety, stress, identity shifts, and building confidence as a parent.
