Hi, I’m Iva (pronounced Evah), a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Ivy Counselling and Wellness. I offer compassionate online counselling in Ontario, supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative and solution focused therapy with a gentle, collaborative style that meets you where you are.
