Hi, I’m Iva Mihelcic.

Hi, I’m Iva (pronounced Evah), a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Ivy Counselling and Wellness. I offer compassionate online counselling in Ontario, supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative and solution focused therapy with a gentle, collaborative style that meets you where you are.
